Why Remède called us

As Remède expanded its Executive Health Reporting offering, operational complexity increased and placed pressure on both delivery speed and quality. Manual workflows across multiple platforms slowed delivery, maintaining high-touch experiences at scale became harder, clinical data was difficult to translate into client-friendly outputs, and reporting standards were inconsistent across outputs. Despite already using AI tools like Heidi AI and Lyrebird, the workflow remained fragmented, time-intensive, and difficult to standardise.
